We are based in Yorkshire. This is where we design, create and produce our products from start to finish in our very own workshop. We also have a 2 floor showroom based in Guiseley, Leeds
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland. There will be a delivery charge, depending on where you are located.
Our handcrafted furniture will usually be ready to dispatch within 8-10 weeks. Please allow 7-10 days from dispatch for delivery of your item. This is a general guide that may vary slightly depending on your individual purchase and the time of year.
Because every item is custom-built, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us. Your happiness and satisfaction are our number one priority.
If you change your mind about an order, please let us know within two days of purchasing.
Items will usually arrive flat packed. They will be well wrapped, and you will require a drill for assembly. As items can be very heavy, you will need to ensure somebody is available to help the driver transport it from the delivery van to your door. If requested, drivers will help to take your items inside. This will be at the drivers discretion and only if deemed safe to do so, to ground floor. We do not accept any responsibility for this.
We use carefully selected steel and reclaimed timber of the highest quality - mostly from solid pine beams at approximately 60mm thickness. We personally hand-select the materials for each project.
Every item is crafted from reclaimed wood meaning no two pieces are the same – the grain, knots and colour of the wood will vary slightly with each piece. Although your item will be built to the same style as the picture, the wood used will give it a slightly different appearance.
Our furniture can be used outdoors, but it will require different treatment to protect it from the elements. Please specify if your furniture is for outdoor use when ordering, so we can ensure your item is made with that in mind.
For furniture made from wood, we recommend using coasters to avoid hot surfaces making direct contact with the wood. To clean, use a damp soapy cloth - we do not recommend using strong cleaners as they may discolour or stain the wood.
The item will have a wax or oil finish. You can also add protection with further coats every 6-12 months to keep the wood protected and looking its best.
Indoor steel products will be raw steel with a coat of WD40, enhancing the natural colour. We recommend a fresh coat approximately every 6 months to clean and brighten it up.
Outdoor steel can be finished with a steel powder coat in either clear or any RAL colour for a maintenance-free finish. This is necessary to keep away rust and ensure the steel is protected for a long life.
